Course description |
English：The New Southbound Policy (Chinese: 新南向政策) is the initiative of the Government of Taiwan under President Tsai Ing-wen to enhance cooperation and exchanges between Taiwan and 18 countries in Southeast Asia, South Asia and Australasia. This course is to introduce this policy, as well as the culture and economic development in relevant countries. |

教學目標 |
中文 ： 政府刻正推動新南向計畫。計畫重點在於發展與新南向對象國家之經貿關係，而成功關鍵之一，在於培育所需之人才；此類人才需對國際情勢、國際經貿基本概論及原理有所了解，同時對新南向計畫目標國家之文化與社會概況有基本認知，兩者結合之後，方可能了解未來個人在新南向計畫中於當地國家之發展機會與可能利基，進而有利政策推動與個人發展。 |
